Description of Service

Pyn is a candidate search and recruitment platform that connects job seekers with employers through verification, profile matching, and recruitment assistance.

For Job Seekers

• Provide truthful information about your qualifications
• Do not misrepresent your skills or experience
• Respond timely to employer communications
• Notify Pyn if you are no longer seeking work

Payment Terms

Payment is required at service initiation. Fees are non-refundable except under our 60-day guarantee: you receive a full refund if you do not receive a job offer within 60 days. Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the deadline.

Limitation of Liability

Services are provided "as is" without warranties. Pyn is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is capped at the amount paid for our services.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
